German Poato Cake
Ingredients

| 1 cup warm mashed potato | |
| 2 tbs. butter | |
| 1 1/2 cups sugar | |
| 4 cups SR flour | |
| 1 cup sultanas | |
| 2 eggs | |
| 1 1/2 cups milk | |
| 1 tsp. nutmeg | |
| Topping | |
| 1 cup plain flour | |
| 2 tbs. butter | |
| 3/4 cup sugar |
Method
Preheat oven to 190C
Make topping first by rubbing butter into flour & sugar.
Cream butter & sugar then mix in the potato. Mix egg with the milk. Add flour, sultanas and milk/egg mixture and stir. Pour into foil lined baking dish & top with topping mixture. Bake for 40-60 minutes.
